Meditation Classes

If you've always wanted to try meditation, here is your chance!

Meditation classes for beginners are run throughout the year during the school terms.

You will learn to relax your body and still your mind in a safe, nurturing, non-judgmental environment. We sit on chairs, do short guided visualisations and then discuss them.

Cost is $90 for the course which runs for 6 weekly sessions

Meditation Circle

Come and join our monthly meditation circle.

We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7pm

It is wonderful to experience the amazing energy when you meditate in a group.

If you have had some experience meditating you are very welcome to attend.

Steps to Healing

Who is the real you?

We spend so much time being what other people want us to be, or rather what we think other people want us to be, that we lose sight if who we really are. What is it that makes your heart sing? What is it that makes your spirit soar? If you could do whatever you wanted, what would that be?

Come and discover the real you and have fun in the process. We will be learn meditation, relaxation, how to make your home and your body a sanctuary for your spirit, how to make your heart sing and your spirit soar, and more ... in a safe, nurturing, fun environment.

A weekly course runs for 1 1/2 hours over 8 weeks.  Cost $150

Wise Women's Circle - 2012

We all have so much knowledge and wisdom. There is a place within all of us that knows the truth of everything.

This is a group for women who wish to know the legacy they have been given in order to heal themselves before they reclaim their roles of healing and nurturing others.

At each meeting there will be meditation, talking, sharing, journeying, creativity, laughter and supper.

This circle will be held once a month.

I am open to having this during the dayor evening so please let me know your preference
