EFT is a simple tapping procedure that gently realigns the body's energy system. The process is easy to learn and then easy to use on yourself in the privacy of your home. Each specified point is tapped on with your fingers in a particular sequence, as you, the client, focus on whatever it is that is bothering you: be it physical or emotional pain. “The cause of all negative emotion is a disruption in the body’s energy system” is the rationale of how and why EFT works.
